Exchange and Return Policy

MADE

All items except personal items can be returned and issued with a refund. All items purchased will return to our standard returns terms and conditions.

For a return to be valid, we must receive your return order at our warehouse within 14 days.

All other return terms and conditions must be met in order for a cash refund to be processed.

Items returned after this period cannot be refunded and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note that we can only refund the original cost of the item, not the shipping costs.
The shipping costs calculated at the time of purchase are to be considered flat rates, the actual shipping rates that will then be calculated at the time of return are as follows:
€7 standard shipping and €12 cash on delivery.
*Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the refunded amount.

All items will be checked upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be entitled to a refund and will be returned to the sender.

Customized items made to measure by the customer are not required to be returned. The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) establishes that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products purchased online . More precisely, article 59, letter s, of the Consumer Code excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

The items are shipped with an "annanovanta" tag, if they are removed the refund will be void.

Please send all returns via tracked post, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Annanovanta does not take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our Returns department.
